1. About Our Products

Sigma Traders Apparel, a brand of Sigma Traders (our registered company name), is a Lahore-based manufacturer and supplier of women's eastern wear. Our garments feature detailed embroidery and finishing. Slight variations in embroidery, color shade and fabric between the photographs on this website and the actual product may occur due to lighting, screen settings and dye lots.

2. Orders & Confirmation

Orders can be placed online with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, or through WhatsApp for wholesale and bulk requirements. An order is confirmed once:

• You have confirmed the product, color and size details.
• Our team has confirmed your order by phone or WhatsApp (an advance may be requested for bulk orders).
• Expected dispatch and delivery timelines have been shared with you.

3. Dispatch & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, and international orders are available on request via WhatsApp. Dispatch and delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of order and depend on stock, order size and courier schedules. We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines.

4. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0333-3377272 as soon as possible after delivery so we can review and resolve the issue. Made-to-order, custom-stitched and bulk-order items are not eligible for cash refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All original garment designs, motif illustrations, photography, video assets, brand logos, and written content appearing on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Sigma Traders Apparel and protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.
